I booked a room with a large bed, it's own balcony, a lounge area, and coffee.

The continental breakfast included a wide array of meals. The location was stunning and fantastic, near bars, and the waterfront, bars and nice restaurants.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unattentive.

Staff were very helpful, happily held my baggage for 24 hours after I had checked out.
"I've got a nice quiet room for you" means that you'll be walking more than 100m to your room through a labyrinth of corridors. In 2010 broadband internet should be provided at no cost in any decent hotel room, A$30 per day is ridiculous. Should you have a vehicle, A$25 to valet park, or run the gauntlet of ticketed till 1am parking spots outside.

First night in a real bed after 6 months on deployment to the Arabian Sea. Check in was smooth and hassle free. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Having slept past checkout time, front desk offered late check out without being asked.
Lack of wireless network connectivity in rooms. Broadband available in room via ethernet cable was fast and reliable but extremely expensive. Cable provided was less than 50cm long - come on guys, give us a bit of flexibility.

Everything was to a good standard in the room, and the staff where pleasant an helpful.

Staff were consistently capable, friendly and willing to put effort in to resolve needs.
Cost of internet access is excessive. Once I learned about inexpensive alternatives in cafes near to hotel, I used those options despite their being less convenient.

It was just a good pick for a momentary visit in Fremantle with real value for money. The large balcony provided a perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun with my coffee. Watch out for the parking fees. They can add up quickly!

The rooms were decent size with a balcony, bath, for example as described. The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from a public market. The service was friendly with a quick check-in.

A Charming Retreat with Nice Dining Experience
The amazing views from my balcony made mornings a delight, and the really good breakfast at the onsite restaurant started each day right. Don't miss dining there at least once during your visit!

Location and facilities are great. The staff (Concierge) were very helpful. If you are staying out of peak times, I would suggest going in and bartering for a room. There are deals that can be made! Would recommend this hotel to a friend.
Some of the décor was a bit dated. No cheap internet access in the hotel! The meals were a bit expensive, however, if you have the time there are lots of good restaurants near by, ie ‘Jing Thai’ just round the corner from the hotel.

The location was perfect, great to walk to historic sites, bustling markets, and the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island. Plus, the staff were great.
For dads, it would be great if the rooms offered better ventilation, as the humidity made it tough to sleep sometimes.
